PINK IS THE NEW GREEN
We have developed a new bag that maintains aromas and flavours and extends the shelf life of coffee by using innovative materials and maintaining our strong commitment to the environment. The new internal protective film is completely compostable.
The bag is made of certified compostable biomaterial - NatureFlex® produced from FSC™ (Forest Stewardship Council) certified cellulose by Futamura. The material offers exceptional protection against oxygen and moisture, significantly enhancing the shelf life of the coffee.
This sustainable choice demonstrates our ongoing commitment to the environment.
Ideally, the bag is to be disposed through industrial composting, as this process is required for the materials to decompose correctly. If you put the bag in your organic waste and dispose of such waste following the local regulations, you can be sure that it will be decomposed without any harm to the environment.

That is why Rubens as soon as he could, decided to invest in installing on GSC roastery's roof some photovoltaic panels to produce clean electric energy from the sun.
